At Schwartz & von Halen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new luxury gloves. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, you can return or exchange your order within 60 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gloves

  Place the gloves in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5 business days.
